You can add money to your Coinprofile NGN balance, directly from your Bank with Vouchers. Here's how 👇🏽

1. Sign up with Coinprofile.

We'll ask for your email address, and you'll create a password. You can also sign up using your Google account. You'll need to also choose a username for your account.

In other to fund you Coinprofile account with cash, you'll need to also verify your identity. This is seamless and only takes a few minutes

💡 If you already have a Coinprofile account, and have verified your identity, you can skip this step

2. Go to home, and tap "Add money"

3. Choose "NGN" and select "Pay with Bank"

4. Select "Create voucher" and enter amount

Enter the amount in NGN that you'd like add. You can add between 500 NGN and 2,000,000 NGN

💡 Please note that there's a 2% fee for adding money, capped at 1,000 NGN. This means that you'll not pay more than 1,000 NGN for adding cash.

5. Make payment

You'll be redirected to our payment partner to complete the payment for your Voucher. Send money to the Bank account displayed from your Bank. Once the transaction is received, your payment will be processed and voucher created.

💡 Make sure to send the exact amount displayed. If you send less or more than the amount, your transaction will fail and you will be refunded within 24 hours.

6. Redeem voucher

Once your voucher is created, you'll be automatically redirected to Coinprofile, and your voucher will be redeemed. If this doesn't happen automatically, please check your email for voucher details.
